★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just done my scaling today, 5 star for Dr. Vivian. She is patience, detail, and gently while doing the scaling. Most importantly there is no bleeding at all after the scaling. I experienced many bad scaling from other dentists who very rude and rough.. at the end my gum bleeding a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done a dental whitening and supposing looking for Dr Wong, ended up only Dr Goh available that day. He upsell me for scaling and wisdom tooth extraction. I done all of them. Wisdom tooth extraction was fracture and he took a while to remove the fracture part (he almost wanted to give up and told me it will be ok - certainly I am not ok), so I asked him if I should go back to let me own dentist remove, I think he heard that and tried again. So it was out at last(sweat). Praise Lord.
Whitening was a completely failure! Paid a RM300 to get comments from friends and colleagues that there isn't any different. How upset am I! I asked for a refund of my whitening and was given a scaling free. I don't need the scaling and I am not happy with the 'no service reconvert' from the doctor. If there is slight result, I don't even mind. Now, is totally no result. I urge patient think twice before going there for whitening. Disappointed.

Made a reservation on Thursday for wisdom tooth extraction...
Came at 11:00am, had X-ray and scheduled for subsequent 3:30pm for extraction...
When I came at 3:30pm, they gave my schedule away to another patient, who wants to do crowning. Doctor insisted they are seeing this patient first and I have to wait (estimated 2 hours waiting with no guarantee that I can get my tooth extracted because the doctor has another clinic to go to).
In another way, they try to reschedule me another day.
So I left for another clinic.
I don't blame the doctor and the nurse but I'm not coming back again anyway.
1) Crowning makes more $$$ than a wisdom tooth extraction.
2) The doctor cared more on his attendance to another clinic first, than to complete his tasks and solve the mismanagement. That's pretty stupid to me even if he's a nice guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Dr Vivian Tan for solving my problem with just 1 visit. She took time to explain and was gentle. The fees was also very reasonable. (Prior to that, I had gone to another dentist where I had 2 visits and paid total almost RM700, but my problem was not solved.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is reasonable. RM185 for scaling & one filling. I'm satisfied with work done by Dr Wong. They provide orthodontic treatment too but consultation is only for certain days. Do call the clinic to set up appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Goh is a professional dentist that has patience in explaining options and discussing treatment choices clearly. He explains well and gives reasonable expectation and tells things as it is. I also appreciate that he is never forceful in deciding for treatment choices.
He is a dentist that is responsible and does his best for his patients.
I trust and know that he keeps patients best interest in mind. Would recommend him to anyone.
