★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Customers Service, felt cheated and the only reason i gave another star was because that one good employee, the rest was absolute terrible! , cant even comprehend how do they even get this job.
1. Upon entering the store, non even greeting the customer, which i am okay with it BUT, i was standing in front of the cashier still no one gave services till few minutes later.
2. Told them i just wanted to get my guitar cleaned, waxed and oiled, so they told me they could do it, but not even once they mentioned that i need to change the strings together, felt cheated when i came back with my instruments.
3. When they asked me to chose the strings i was confused of what sized and all as i am only a beginner, they could have at least explain the differences of brands and stuff instead of forcing me to pick, or the least is friggin take a look at my guitar, which the other guy did “ The only reason i gave another star “. Felt like i was looked down upon too.
4. Lastly the last guy literally “K ‘ed” when i said thank you , i’ll think about it as i was leaving. I was looking at the gold limited ed guitar , which I plan to buy next year ( if still available ) inc taking vocal classes, but sadly got turned off by the cust servs, Good bye and Have nice day! Hope they improve more after this! Will go buy equipment but not go for their services anymore!
