★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For anyone who wants to enjoy Kuala Lumpur, swiss cottage offers you what you wish for, despite your simple possibilities, very clean, the price is more than suitable and the staff at the top of the magnificence, approximately 10 minutes walk to the train station, and almost 25 minutes to the center of the capital, really worth staying in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ End room a bit noisy, with traffic outside. Staff courteous and helpful. Lots of restaurants around and open 7am till 11pm-past midnight. About 6(My Car app)-10 RM (Local taxi) from Titiwangsa monorail station. Bus station to Cameroon Highlands is just behind Titiwangsa monorail station. LRT walking distance away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ front desk- Malay girl (with scarf and spectacles- night shift) had knocked my room and instructed my 75 old men father to pay the hotel bill. My sister and I were outside as my other sister had admitted to KPJ Tawakal for a major operation, that the reason why we decided to stay at this hotel, walking distance to KPJ Tawakkal especially for elderly. As I have agreed with the front desk lady (worked during afternoon shift) that I'm gonna pay full amount once check out (decided to stay 4 nights). the Malay girl who knocked on the door did scold my father and asked for payment. with my sister condition who will be undergoing a major operation, I think this hotel failed to cultivate the moral value to the entire staff. Communication breakdown at every single layer and loss of respect to the customer. I'm telling you truth what happening last week, looking at my father and my mom also my sister, i'm gonna meet the boss and bring this case to tribunal malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thia hotel is so bad. There are a lot of worms in the bathroom. And because of it i moved to another room with the same type and the bathroom door cant be locked. The reseptionist is having a kind of bed temper. She didnt serve as nicely. The room is so tiny that i cant even pray sholat unless you booked the big room one. The tv and the remote doesn't work. The only thing that is good from this hotel is just that it located right in front of hospital and surrounded with mini restaurant. It was a very bad experience stayed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a one night stay here but i recommend you to book earlier at least one day and not on the spot since the deluxe room is quiet popular. I ended up having a triple room just for 2 people. It was a pleasant place to sleep and have a rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only have to say , they are wonderful there ! Girls from reception are nice, helpful. They arrange good cheap uber taxi for me. Location is 10 mins walk from Titiwangsa metro monorail which bring you to Sentral and can connect to ***y places. Room is clean, but you have to keep it clean by yourself or call reception to say you want clean it. I preffered clean by myself, as no one to disturbing me. Hotel is front of Tawakall hospital. Easy reach, about 1 hour to and from airport. I always stay here and I will still stay. Small hotel, clean, ***y shops arround for food, 2 mins to 7 eleven. Quiet , compared with others.
