★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste of food is good but the hot food are pre prepared by supplier and reheated using microwave before serving to customers.
Hot mocha is not hot at all.
Need to improve on cleanliness as I see flies around the tables!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a surprising offer! Espresso-based coffee aka Americano + a freshly baked croissant + scrambled egg and a piece of juicy lettuce, only for RM6! I'm cryin! This is definitely the best place to have breakfast in the busy and crowded (*hint: McD) KL Sentral!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next to the secret recipe restaurant on the arrival hall, ice chocolate just normal and taste like a dutch lady box chocolate, ice latte failed, the pastry is reheated but still a bit hard and maybe because of that they offer buy one free one after 4pm, it’s a great and nice place but just an average taste here, good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swiss Oven. Nice place with music with good pastry meat range. However the food preparation and plating could have been better than my own home cooked. S.Oven has been around for quite many years and it's a shame to lost to poor appetizing food preparation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was expecting to have breakfast before going to work. it’s was on my 1st visit on 19/6/18 & 2nd visit on 4/7/18. both, there were queue since 7.30am or may be much more early? the business hours printed on their banner is 7am! the cafe was only ready to start operation at 7.50am & at 7.38am respectively! the staff said the printed time it’s on paper only and they are shortage. it’s was bad impression for a cafe serving breakfast but delaying in getting everything ready! may be sooner or later the quality of food might drop too? the food during my 2nd visit was not good & croissant was not ready. to the owner, pls be minded and to stick to your operation start time!!!

The only problem is in the morning section, the foods are always prepare in advance and serve cold unless you request them to reheat the food but then the service staff will show their tempered if you do so. Basically is a self service cafe but it will be good and helpful if the staff can be more aggressive to clean up the tables which have been occupied and wipe it clean. Only 1 senior male staff is providing good services and aggressive. They shall also seriously monitoring their stocks cos the sugar and creamer is always out of stock and ended up you will have to take black coffee only. They always short of coffee mug and serve the hot drinks in low quality paper cup. Even if the mug is available it is not safe to be use as the handle is crack and imagine if it's broken when you are holding on it. Lastly the vegetables serve is always rotten.
