She attend and explain patiently to me, my wife and my friend about those model we interested. We visited few rolex shop at klang valley. She is the first sales person who impress us. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the warm hospitality by Ms Tan Chin Mun at Genting Highland branch. She let me try my favourite Rolex the Submariner and even i got the chance to pose with this wonderfull piece. I understand the Rolex issue with supplying their sport model, but hope one day i got the call. Thanks Ms Tan Chin Mun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is possibly the best Rolex shop i have ever encounter so far. I always felt out of place whenever i go to any rolex official shop. This is because i only recently am interested and had the guts to go inside to check out some of rolex watches.
It was different this time though. I already expected to be told that there wont be sport model watches available in stock (im getting obsessed with submariners and gmt master 2s), but this time i was surprised to find out All of their watch stock ran out. At this point i was feeling kind of down. But i stayed in anyway because i wanted to try on some oyster perpetuals and lady datejusts(gf is getting obsessed too?)
I was greeted by Jc and this gentleman actually spent some time to be detailed and patient in explaining to a new comer like me. We ended up spending a couple of hours just talking about the timepieces that me and my gf were interested in. Now we know why certain models are called oyster and what kind of difference will it make with different kind of bracelets. It was refreshing to be taken seriously as a potential customer.
I would like to say that this was the best experience we had so far in comparison with some other official rolex shop we have been to (klang valley). Jc made us feel valid even as someone who never bought a rolex watch. It made us feel like we were going to have a little hope to one day get the call for our very own rolex in the future however long it may take.
To anyone who wants to get to know rolex in general and spend some time to try on the watch without feeling hurried and pre judged, come to this shop before you go any other place, you will surely have a great time.
I appreciate the rolex booklet and magazine as you can see in the picture. It does not contain any watch unfortunately?. Hopefully i will post another review in the future if im lucky enough to get a watch in my possession. In the meantime, i will keep on dreaming. Cheers everyone.

There wasn't even any customer in the boutique. A security personnel at the door and a sales staff sitting at the counter nearest the entrance. Not even bothered to acknowledge nor bothered to look up when ppl are at the door. Instead busy looking down at the handphone. Employees there really have good life. No need to serve anyone
