★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sells iPhones that show warnings that your phone does not have a genuine camera and will send you to service Centre to “repair”. My unit was broken upon opening but Switch has a no refund / no exchange policy, even if the phone is broken when you open the box. Do not buy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the store 2 hours before going and they said that the phone that I wanted is available and in stock (even asked if it's just a few left but he said "quite alot") but after spending my time travelling and queueing even though there were only 2 people in the store (limit stated 7), they mentioned that they don't have it at all today. Staff was rude and unapologetic. Would probably be better off going to BV II's outlet instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad i cant rate lower than 1 star. I dont understand why they list their number but nobody bothers to pick up the phone and if they do, they hang up immediately. It would just be easier to delist their number so the ringing doesnt disturb the staff from playing their phones or hanging around doing nothing.
