I couldn’t leave my home & needed to purchase one rather urgently and Abot managed to pack & prepare it for me within 15 minutes of me making my purchase online to be passed onto the Lalamove I ordered. A lifesaver!! Thank you very much Abot for your great customer service - I can get on with work because of you! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go to staff name sokwah loh. She'll pretend being helpful but all she really doing is trying to make everything settle fast as long as she get the payment. Its so annoying. Her way of answering questions very rushed, annoying as hell. I already contact staff abot before coming to the store to reserve my iphone 13 pro, upon arrival i seek for abot, however this sokwah take over. Ive so many things ive already discussed w abot so i seek for proper service from this so called high end product store. Sokwah we customers dont only pay for items, we pay for service, why else would we pya thousands for phone when we can get a cheap nokia 3310? Educate urself about customer service before working there. Abot was kind enough to apologize later however damaged done, ive lost mood, paid so much money & commited to apple but i didnt enjoy my buying experience. Bcoz of that dumb sokwah ive to wait there for an hour ++, its ramadan we have tarawikh, but we hv to walk around the mall with our baby (more of a hassle), bcoz of ur dumbness unable to talk to customer properly. I told abot before hand to just TEACH me how to transfer data from old phone to da new one. NOT do it there coz mine u, it takes so much time. I prefer da comfort of my phone. And can all ur staff educate urself to 1 apple bible?? I hv 2 iphones, abot told me i could transfer both of em into the new phone. When i come, This sokwah said cannot. Dont u think that changes how i think about buying new 1TB iphone??? Whats the use of buying 1TB if i cant transfer both. Belit2 information in apple store? Kedai tepi jalan bole la ak terima wei.
