★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please.be careful with this place especoally when you are doing a trade in. We.broufht in an ipad air to repair, they offer us a new ipad air in addition to 1400 ringgit. On tje day of collection, they said they can only.offer ipad at the same cost + our old ipad air. A normal ipad is only costing 1400 ringgit, and this guys tried to charge the same and takes away my old ipad air!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars” for sales: Gave a lot of nice talk when purchasing. Tricked customer to use the given voucher RM100 to purchase extra Switch Care Service. (Later to be found out it can be used for other accessories, but was told it can only be used to buy their care service)
0 star for customer service/after sales: A lot of ridiculous excuses to persuade customer there is no need to send in for checking and service (even with calls to double confirm before walked in)
Ended up wasting customer’s time to walk in without solving problem.
