β β β β β Part of the one stop Putrajaya Islamic Financial Services Center (IFiC). Grand name indeed but turned out Takaful M'sia is squatting at a remote corner (a hallway!) of the complex; it existance almost seems like an afterthought & not conducive for business. The old office is much better. BTW, why make customers wait outside when inside are practically EMPTY, with a lot of empty covid-19 compliant seat? Wake up TH, this is not the way to do business. Putrajaya IFiC is a joke! Buck up & compete! Make people proud to BMF & not because they have to.

β β β β β Review is for Tabung Haji which is in the same building. Accessible with ample parking space, just need to walk a bit. Most of the counters were open, very easy. Took me 1 hour to complete my business with 8 people ahead of me.

β β β β β They handle SOP during Covid time quite well. But what annoyed us were two things:
1) Queue calling system too loud and too frequent (The customers are the ones should be on alert themselves; such loud and redundant queue calling system can make people go mental in my opinion)
2) The counter next to it (not belong to Takaful MY): The staffs keep chatting/discussing/playing around quite loud as we're waiting on the seats provided in front of them. I guess respecting others is one of the best ways to show professionalism.
