★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The indian guy at the entrance serving the customers on the 9th of July at around 5 to 5.30pm was extremely rude. I am a regular customer and I needed some help in installing my software, which can be easily solved by your technical team. I was told off stating that its 'Not Our Service'. Its an original software btw. If you could find out who it is, please provide him classes on how to communicate with customers. If it really isn't something you can assist me on, I sure there are better ways to decline my quest. Will never come back to Thye Hin again.

Especially the Indian guy on 9th July who working as technical side..first he don't know how to serve customers well and talking much like he know everything....... And can see the boss treating their workers and intern students below his feet with wrong manners n raising voice in front of customers...everyone have a self respect...Karma is boomerang... Wise people always tell one day our children also will face the same problem ... I'm currently so so dissapointed... First should tell the boss...people ask for laptop to see as there is no display n they forcing customers to buy it if unseal it....then will raise voice to staff in front of customers....you r the boss n you should responsible to display the items... Come on la weyh you got a shop means make sure there is a display for each every items there..then for what you doing business.. I'm a regular customer there.... I bought 3 laptops there... But I feel this is a useless shop with a bad service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a good place if you want to find new device you want to help you with your works. They sell from laptops, all in one pc all the way to a full desktop set. The seller there is also very kind, they will recommend the best laptop (in my case) for my need as a mechanical engineering student. The seller recommended me the MSI GF63 Thin to me when i was there and i am very satisfied with the choice. They also have many parts for you to buy to upgrade your system like ram and ssd. Very satisfied with the store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest to use Thye Hin's website to choose the computer or other accessories of your preference first before going to this shop. No customers are allowed to go into the shop and all businesses are done outside the shop where there a few workers you can communicate to. They also have computers outside the shop to guide you through the products they sell. Maybe not go during hectic hours since the outside of the shop would be crowded
