Hari kedua datang pkul 9 and jadi org first yg msuk , tpi smpai pkul 1030 still doktor tk pnggil sedangkan patient ramai dh
Servis lambat
 The first day came until 1 o'clock in the afternoon, wait and go home
The second day came at 9 o'clock and became the first person to enter, but until 1030 o'clock the doctor still did not call while the patients were crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my experience & observation:
1. Customer Service: Well, overall there's only 1-2 staff (RECEPTIONIST & MEDICAL ASSISTANT I guess) that are okay. The nurses upstairs (ward side) was not that PROFESSIONAL. Keep on talking to each other. I don't think they really deserve to be in their uniforms since their attitude doesn't even show any quality as a nurse. So I could only like give 3/10 to their staff. But, I really like the doctor since she was very nice and my checkups went really well.
2. Price: This explains why some of the staffs there are not professional at all and doing their job in a very low standard way because my D&C fees was really cheap. So, don't expect too much. So, lower your expectations. If you can go to a better hospitals & private clinics/hospitals, just go for it.
3. Treatments: Everything was just okay. Before the surgery, they gave me anesthesia. In about 15-20 mins, as soon as I woke up, I realized that the surgery was done and I was in another room, alone. Well, I have to get up by my own, figured how to open the door by myself, no advices from the staffs and nurses because they were busy gossiping and laughing. All they did was looking at me when I went to take my clothes and pretend that I am not there or roughly I can say, they treated me like I did not exist at all. So I walked out from the clinic like nothing ever happen. But yeah, what to expect? This clinic may be a specialist but its cheap. So, just adapt to it. Just set the mindset that "I am here to get my business done." ?
Environment & equipments: The clinic, I could describe it as a very "classic" kind of clinic. The equipments is not that bad but yeah, it doesn't matter since their business type is "I am here to get my work done & your business done as well." So, like what I've stated above, lower your expectation.
But overall guys, its not that I don't recommend you guys to go to this clinic, its your choice. I'm here to just give my feedback and review of my own experience and my observation. The choice is in your hands. But all I can say is, "at least" they are doing their job and I get all my "business" done because I paid for it.

Pharmacy department: not professional
Dr: Asked us to do unnecessary test and scan. Cost us RM250. Not very good at explaining.
Clinic: Environment clean and following SOP
Overall, very profit oriented.
Highly recommended to not consult or getting any treatment here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been following up at this clinic since May 2021 & due was on mid December 2021. This is our 1st child & we have been very concerned in choosing our obstetrician. However, on the 17/12 I drove my wife to the clinic as she began to have contraction pain since 16/12 night. We were shattered that the clinic was closed & the staff informed that they have license issue!
KPJ & Columbia can't accept us since it's 39 weeks already. Such a bad experience with this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom gave birth to my younger brother 24 years ago there. She had a normal delivery. I just gave birth this year March via emergency c-sec. I would like to say it was the best decision I've ever made. I was very glad to have you there Dr.Rekha, since you've been caring for me since the start of the pregnancy. Your easy-going manner helped me to relax though I had a placenta complication that needed to be admitted earlier in another hospital, she made it look effortlessly. Though my birth plan was changed because of emergency I like the way she explains everything in detail . I am glad everything went so well! Thank you Dr. Rekha.
