★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to do underarm waxing, the first and second time was done by workers (Chinese) who seems to be have been trained very well and really take their time on doing the waxing. I have no problem with it.
However, just yesterday I went and this time the ones who help do the waxing was an Indian worker, yes she was friendly and so on but I think she really needs more training and not to rush to do the waxing. During the process she's literally have no mercy but repeatedly using the white paper and rush the waxing, it was so painful. I could feel my underarms is ripped for many times.
There's one time on the left side, she didn't wait for it to dry a little more and she ripped the paper which caused me pain. She did appologized but then again, she rush to do the waxing and I "ouch". It was the worst experience that I had in there on the 3rd time. The night I went home to bath I could feel very bad sting of pain when soap touches my right underarm and apparently from that instant I know she have hurt my skin and makes it irritated cause of the hard waxing that she do in a rush.
I've never had this problem from the last 2 girls that helped me until I believe the third one is still new or something. She really needs more training to be honest and really take her time. 1 thing she also forget to do is to cover the client's eyes with cloth in order for them to not have direct contact with the LED light that they have during the session.
I've made a complained to the staff and they respond quickly upon this matter, gave me an explanation and gave me sensitive cream also appologized for the caused that's made.
