★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very noisy. The staffs were playing n talking loudly despite there were only 3 tables of people. They don't provide wifi so you can't get connected there. So Singaporeans who are seeking wifi don't go there. There are other Cafe shares or provide wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As compared with the other outlet at Pelangi, this outlet is so much inferior. I’m surprised this outlet is so crowded and is having the best business in the area.
We ordered the nasi lemak with luncheon meat, Chu Cheng Fen, eggs and drinks. The nasi lemak was not fragrant and cold. Luncheon meat is not sliced as thick as the one in Pelangi. The Chu Cheng fen and it’s ingredients are served cold also and it doesn’t taste good. Overall the portions given were quite pathetic given that it’s isn’t cheap here. Oh ya nasi lemak was served only after we reminded the server and even so, they served the food to another table.
Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite places to have breakfast in Permas as they serve really good food there. Service is often very prompt and the staff are all very polite and attentive as well. Highly recommended for all to try. It will get quite crowded on the weekends at around 9.
The only room for improvement I feel they need to work on, is that they currently allow smoking outside, which bothers every other customers there, so avoid this place if you want to sit outside. They definitely need to be more strict with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never know they also serve other Chinese kopitiam cuisine like toast, coffee and Nasi Lemak other than 擂茶 until i visited it once and they served the best croissant sandwitch, most crunchy kaya toast and the most tasty Nasi Lemak with quaility santan rice i even find aound Permas
