★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for 5 days through hotel website. There is an option to select time prefer for check in. Tick the box but useless. Should delete the option in the website coz front desk told that check in only at 3pm. No use ticking the box. Did arrive too early from airport and have to wait till check in time. Thought I'll be the first they call for, but they forget about me even though sitting in front of them. Thanks to the bellman that help. Very efficient and nice guy. Overall frontdesk need to improve. Things can be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FO staff friendly & helpful. But need a lot of improvement on the public area and room cleanliness. Must provide clean linens i.e. towels, blanket & matress cover. Bathroom got floor trap smell. Spacious and very comfortable room.
Wish to see improvement on the next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a Hari Raya Open House.
Parking area is horrendous. Big vehicles have difficulty making turns at many corners.
Banquet staff are not properly trained. Chinaware, cutlers and glasses are not properly wiped/cleaned. Food tags were not checked as a few items were wrongly labelled. Food quality is average. Plates were unceremoniously removed without asking while some empty bowls were left on the table for more than an hour.
View from ballroom, however is exceptionally good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a bad experiance with this hote. Cannot be rated as a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 star at the most.
1. No towel provided after we check in. Have to remind housekeeping 2 times. Only then provided the towels 1 hour later.
2. The floor of the room is very dusty. Wonder when the last time they clean and moop the floor.
3. The toilet bowl is very dirty.
4. The glass door in the bathroom cannot be opened fully.
5. The parking ramp is very small. Very hard to navigate if your car is in D segment.
6. Not worth the RM 300++ per room.
7. The only good about this hotel is the location is in Kg Baru. A lot of food nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking space was badly designed. It is very compact and hard to get your vehicle around up to the ramp. Came here for buffet ramadan but food taste was not up to the standard. Quite disappointed also with the reservation when they check our name, it is not recorded but somehow they allowed us to sit at the table. Should have be extra careful next time.

Utilities: okay
Parking: Awful. Horrible. Terrible. It was so narrow to the point you can't even turn your car without reversing.
Pool: full of kids. Small
Room view: great. I got the best view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and comfortable room. KLCC view. Spacious. Large LED TV available. Breakfast is okay. The only weakness is the parking a bit weird and tendency to get scratch is very high. Pool is very clean and I am very happy to swim there. Nice pool view.
