★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Dr Tan by my dentist to do a retreatment of my root canal. Dr Tan is meticulous and professional in his work. He gave clear explanation on the process and the risks for the retreatment.
I was really satisfied with his treatment and other accomodating staff members who made me feel really happy outcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was referred to Dr Tan for a root canal treatment. He’s such a gentleman. I was honoured to be treated by him. His place is beautiful, comfortable. Staff are friendly and kind - they kindly helped me change my appointment to accommodate my schedule. Dr Tan is such a detailed and excellent man! My root canal treatment took less than 40 mins to do. I first came in with excruciating pain but he took care of that instantly - and after being transparent and honest about the procedure, the risks of failures and also the charges. I came in fearing a root canal, but he calmed me down instantly and I felt no pain whatsoever during the procedure. If you need a root canal done, look no further but at Dr Tan’s!

Dr Tan Boon Tik is by far the best that I've ever seen. Being passionate in his field, he also take great care with gentleness also being very mindful of all the procedure he makes ensuring that his patients are comfortable and rest assured that we are in good hands.
I am, for one, who he gave back my confidence to seek dental help again. (not like I'll go anywhere else from now on as I feel very safe here in Tan Endodontics Specialist Centre).
I like the way he handles matters with lots of patience and care, always assuring that it will be fine, also a very honest and trustworthy dentist.
With a kind heart, I notice, Dr Tan has kept his loyal staff with him for a long time and he also has a panel of qualify dentist working a long side with him.
One of which I was referred to was Dr Jey. He too is a very pleasant and patience dentist. He did a good job on my crowns. Thumbs up to you, Dr Jey.
And Dr Lee, super fantastic fast extraction job. Done in split second. Amazing skills.
I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Dr Tan, Dr Jey , Dr Lee and all the helpful nurses and the front desk lovely ladies for the assistance you all have render to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to visit Dr Tan in Jan 2022 for the first time due to a broken equipment was stuck at my root canal. I was worried at the very beginning. However, Dr Tan did explain to me precisely on the procedures and consequences. I would say Dr Tan did a very good job to remove the broken equipment successfully. Thanks for the retreatment and you saved my tooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a patient of Tan Orthodontic Specialist Centre for over 4 years now. Recently, I was referred to see Dr. Tan regarding an issue with my root canal. I’m very impressed with the professional consultation I received today from him. Dr. Tan was very thorough and patient in explaining the problem with my root canal, clearly and concisely.
I have to say that I have full admiration for all the professional and admin staff in Tan Orthodontic Specialist Centre. This comes from a person who is utterly petrified when it comes to any dental visits because of my bad childhood experience. But, my fears has been allayed by my very first visit to the centre.
Kudos to Tan Orthdontics!! They deserve more than 5 stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to my regular dentist for a root canal and due to the narrowness of one of my canals, one of the files broke and was left in there. She right away referred me to Dr. Tan to extract the broken file and complete the procedure. Upon inspection of my case and after taking the X-ray and CT scan, he was very clear with his diagnosis and gave me all the facts and the odds. When it was time to get it done, it was all smooth and in spite of the complexity of my case, he did an amazing job -- and made it all look easy. He's every bit as good as my regular dentist said, and a really nice gentleman as well. His entire staff is wonderful, and he's got state of the art equipment right on the premises. Today I did my 6-month follow up check up, and everything looks fabulous. If anyone in KL is looking for the best possible major dental treatment, you owe it to yourself to give Tan Endodontic a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a normal cleaning from a dentist, my long time sensitive tooth had became unbearably painful. The whole half side of my face felt like a non-stop electric shock to the point that I could not sleep. I googled and found out that it maybe come from my tooth (which made sense) as it was the only thing that I did recently. I continued google and convinced that I might need a root canal treatment.
I found Dr Tan through Google and decided to make an appointment. Due to my pain, the front desk helped me get an appointment the very next day. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprise how clean it was. I knew right away that this clinic is different than others. Maybe it's because of the marble wall did the magic trick!
Dr Tan spent one hour explaining to me in every details of root canal, procedure and pricing. I felt very confident that he would get me out of pain. I decided to do the root canal with him. Later, I did a crown with Dr Jay.
Six month now from that day, everything is fine. No pain. Tooth worked. I can say that Dr Tan is the best dentist I have ever met. As an expat, I have moved around quite a bit; US, Asia, Australia. I can say that no other dentist matched Dr Tan's dental skills and communication skills.
It is also very nice to see aunties working tirelessly at the front desk. It gave a vibe of a truly equal opportunity workplace. Highly recommend!

I felt he gave me an honest assessment of my tooth. Dr Tan went on to perform a root canal on my tooth and it was a successful procedure. I felt very happy that my tooth can be saved. The clinic’s staff are very professional and dedicated. I would recommend anyone who is looking for root canal treatment to consult this good doctor.
