My favourite item from this shop is the koay teow soup. It is just a simple bowl of noodle soup, with mince pork and fish balls, but yet I love it for its simplicity . Fragrant and suited for common Chinese palate . The noodles and fish balls are fresh and bouncy. Expect to pay ~ RM 8-10 for a large bowl of noodles. Service is good and fast .

RM 8.7 for large Kuey Tiaw Soup. Comes with 4 fish balls and a plethora of pork braised meat. The portion of the noodle generous. However, as a penangite, this is a little bland to my liking. The soup is just more neutral. Honestly hope that the taste could be a little richer. Overall its a good bowl of KTS and youโ€™d be satisfy.

Their recommended bihun soup is good but their la mian is not. And I'll tell you why. While Japanese ramen is too strong and too salty in taste, 7 Village's la mian is on the other end of the spectrum. Too mild in taste. But that's just me. Anyway, their curry fishball is amazingly good. So is their Penang lobak. All good. If you are one of those who wanna eat "healthy" and don't want salt in their food, get the la mian. And I am saying that in a derogatory kind of way. Oh I also like their kopi ais, a lot.

The shop is closed to SS2 morning market. Good customer service. Reasonable price with tasty kuey teow soup. The drink was good too. Quality of food same similar with the outlet in Penang. The minced meat was nice, you may choose to add on. Worth the price. Shall visit again.

I was looking for sarawak laksa. Hungry and since I'm not sure if there's any in SS2, I decided to try curry dry noodle at 7 Village Noodle House. There was a long queue. So, I thought it must be a great place to have your food. I waited for > 15 mins before getting a seat. Preordered while queing up for the curry noodle and lobak, then I waited for another 15 minutes before I see the plate of noodles. Was shocked as I was told that the noodle is served with fish ball. There were some kind of sliced fish balls. Perhaps 2 fishball and some noddles, charging me RM6.50 and the lobak was RM2.50 a piece. The noodles were sweet because of the sweet curry sauce. Lobak were mostly onions and so so sweet. If you're looking for curry mee or laksa, please don't be deceived that you're getting the right thing there. if you're having a lobak fix... this is not the place if you're looking for a savory one. Maybe this village is from singapore where most of the food serve can be quite sweet.

[May 2022] 1. Affordable 2. Curry mee makes me reminisce of my childhood when tasted 3. White coffee not bad The location in SS2 is not bad, though not very near public transport. However, this place is worth a visit if you are a curry mee fan. The quality is there, and the fried wonton is tasty. White coffee reminds me of Ipoh taste. My total bill was RM12, very affordable.

Ordered delivery from here. Quite surprised everything packed neatly and double layer. Not a drop spill of the coffee and soup. Coffee as per instruction is less sweet. Goes well with the roti kok. Pork soup taste homely, fair value with about ten balls and some glass lettuce
