★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客服不回复消息或是敷衍回复消息，并且没有任何交代，物流超级无敌慢，半个月了中国朋友都还没收到包裹，不知道是不是把我包裹丢了。之前也有寄过，收到时包裹都烂了，和客服说，他们说无法避免的。

之前在忙现在才看到店主回复了，请不要推卸责任，中国海关一直都很有效率，我寄了几次包裹都是3-5天包裹就能通关了没什么问题。taoplus提供的tracking资料是假的，他们家说发货了其实没发货，过了1-2个星期才发货，一开始我问客服为什么这么久了没更新物流他们说在海关，其实他们根本还没寄而且我问了3次，3天，最后才和我说的航班耽误了没航班所以推迟把货寄到中国。最后一张照片是我新买的相框，我还用了bubble wrap包装，我想象不到是有多暴力在运顾客的包裹才会把相框弄成那样（相框照片是中国朋友收到后提供的），每一次寄包裹没有一次包裹是完美无损的。不推荐taoplus，不介意物流慢，包裹烂的就欢迎使用。

I was busy before and only saw the owner's reply. Please don't shirk the responsibility. China Customs has always been very efficient. I have sent several parcels and they can be cleared within 3-5 days without any problem. The tracking information provided by taoplus is fake. They said that it was delivered, but it was not delivered. It took 1-2 weeks to deliver. At first, I asked the customer service why the logistics has not been updated for so long. They said it was in customs, but in fact they It hasn't been sent at all and I asked 3 times, 3 days, and finally I told me that the flight was delayed and there was no flight, so I delayed sending the goods to China. The last photo is a new photo frame I bought. I also used bubble wrap. I can't imagine how violent it is to ship the customer's package to make the photo frame like that (the photo of the photo frame is provided by a Chinese friend after receiving it. ), every time you send a package, no package is perfect. Taoplus is not recommended. I don't mind the slow logistics. If the package is rotten, you are welcome to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前用了其它好几家快递寄到中国都有问题，中国的清关真的蛮头疼的。用了Taoplus寄保健品和咖啡到中国后都算满意，一般都是1-2星期就到了，除非是一些节日如春节就可能会比较迟一些，这些都是可以理解的，中国进口的海关都比较严格。蛮推荐使用他们家的服务的，虽然不是什么大公司，但是系统都可以查到物流信息到哪里。

After using Taoplus to send health products and coffee to China, I am satisfied. Generally, it takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. Unless it is some festivals such as the Spring Festival, it may be later. These are understandable. rather strict. It is recommended to use their service. Although it is not a big company, the system can check where the logistics information is.
