★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pengalaman menakjubkan. houseboat armada memang selesa kru nya juga ok. perjalanan yang seronok. boleh la sesiapa yang belum datang ke kenyir utk naik houseboat ni.
amazing experience. the houseboat fleet is indeed comfortable its crew is also ok. a fun ride. Can anyone who hasn't come to Kenyir to board this houseboat.

Take the lake boat tour. Crystal clear water and peaceful atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a man-made hydroelectric dam on villages of indigenous Malayan tribe. They are now displaced to the town. It takes roughly 1 hour to reach here from city centre, the road condition leading to Kenyir lake is not great with pot holes, paucity of illumination, numerous palm and log-carrying lorries.
The ethos of eco-tourism is undermined by far too many landslides, cash crop plantations, plenty constructions (and their abandonment), elephant sanctuary to captivate wild elephant roaming originally in the forest. Probably you can ride a boat into the depth of the tropical forest. The jetty is smelly with oil leak from boats.
It functions well as electric generation site. However, not too attractive for tourism. Other alternative interesting options in Malaya are Banding lake for houseboat and tropical forest exploration, Penang herbs garden for spice trade history…
