★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management does a very bad job maintaining common areas. Walls are all chipped and paint scrapped off probably during renovation from owners management should get those contractors to fix them or pay for them. Lift are dirty, I am so worried my kids in the lift as the doors inside and outside my level is dirty. Told cleaners many times but still not cleaned. Cracks forming on the common area walls. For such a new building its scary to think what will happen in a year time.
Playground swings are all rusty and worst the tiles at swimming pool are all popping out. Its so dangerous for the kids to run around.
For this price of property its very disappointing
