★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a Sunday evening when I started the car to go out, the battery went dead. I quickly googled for suppliers around Petaling Jaya. The first one I came across was TBS Car Battery Shop and whatsapped to the number listed. A quick response came with types and prices of batteries available.
In 45minutes, Mr.Tan came with a new battery and promptly installed it. It was then that I realised that the shop was actually closed for business on Sunday!
Mr.Tan was so kind to provide his help out of business hours. Thank you for 5 star service indeed!

Overall service by outlet & tech is good by any standards. It is very much comparable to the reputed online battery service provider and in my case more convenient. Good job..
