★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is pretty good BUT the service by the staffs, very very slow. Need more training? Seems like they have no customer service skills. No smiles, look like forced to work.
As a regular I notice many people dining in always. People still come back for the food so hopefully owner can train staffs to be better since business seems really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At a glance the food was really appetizing.however after tasting it,it was practically nothing to shout about.i then order sambal sotong at rm7.5 as the photo shows it wss the entire sotong.to my surprise it was only 4 small slices with a bowl of sambal that is super spicy. Really spoil my luncj appetite.not recommended.Teh Tarik drink was also pretty dilucted.notjing fancy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem when you hire locals to work, they miss a lot of the orders. Ordered 1 kopi panas, 1 kopi ice & 1 kopi o ice. They only sent 1 kopi panas & 1 kopi o ice. When I raised my hand to call them, not one server look at us. Went to the cashier to inform, she only keyed in 2 drinks and missed one drink from the order chit.
The table in front of us requested for extra sambal for their nasi lemak, they sent them another plate of nasi lemak.
Bad service. There were 2 servers (one lady, one male) on the floor, only one functioning. The male server collected the order chit & sent F&B to customers. The lady server looked so confused.
Plus point for the server (male) for apologizing for the late drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was below average. French toast was burnt and no curry was given for roti boom. (They stated in the description that it comes with fish curry, dhal and sambal), but when delivered, I didn’t receive any of the above. Very disappointing to eat plain roti. Kuih Ketayap was colourful and delicious ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Severely disinterested staff didn't bother to take my order for 10 minutes. When someone finally came, she told me that my specific table requires me to go to the counter and pay.
If you could come all the way to me, what kind of ridiculous rule do you have that prevents you from taking my order?
No place in this day and age for this kind of establishment. You don't want my patronage? I'm happy to take it elsewhere.
