★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the counter to order only to be told that it's a self service arrangement. The tong was out of reach for us to take the food ourselves end up is the worker taking the food for. Were told they will send the meat to our table since it's finished and they are in the midst of preparing the next batch. The meat never arrived while we looked at them packing the food for delivery. Have to go over again to asked for the meat.
Ordered a tilapia and it tasted overwhelmingly muddy.
The whole time was looking at the customers coming in, all clueless when they were told to it's a self service. Everyone is just standing there waiting for the meat.
Payment was also slow coz alot of the customers can't scan the QR code.
The only good thing was the gulai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really bad. My wife and I came for the food because we always ordered from Grab before. It was such a let down. We didn’t know if we should order at the counter or on the qr code. We ordered through the qr code and saw some customer get their own plates. So confusing just to get orders. In the end we go get it ourselves. And the drink never came. It’s not the staff fault because there were only 3-4 people who handles the kitchen, cashier and clean up crew. For the whole restaurant. I didn’t see any manager around too. When i was at the kitchen counter to get my meal, i saw fresh fried drumsticks just finished cooking. I ask for one of three that was there. They said cannot it’s for someone else. Who? The online order? From that moment, I’ll never come to this restaurant anymore. I’ll just order online instead. Because it seems like they prioritise online orders than the customers in the restaurant. Lucky your food taste good. Such bad management with good food is a really turn off and a let down for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the chain in Publika, used to have choices of sambal but now only 1 choice. gravy is too sweet for my liking. Bendi in the gravy is charged at RM1 each (nonsense). The only extra star I’m giving is for the Ayam Kampung itself and they served it hot (cooked by batches). Overall KL price, not cheap for ayam kampung shop RM9 per piece. This chain is way nicer looking than the one in Publika but food need to improve. Good that rice is served by the worker during covid time like this. Keep the hygiene and they have QR pay which is good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am eating here right now while typing this. The food is cold. I asked the Waiter, why is it cold? Is it the restaurant standard to serve this kind of food? he can not answer (while looking at the kitchen). My daughter ask why is it taking so long when there's nobody here? The table area also not so well clean. The table looks wiped but there is tissues around on the floor and on the chair when we arrive. The only extra star i give here is because i think the taste is good, but not well managed. The owner has to take note about this.
