★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from Johor Bahru. Went there while visiting my mum in PJ and bought 1 shower head and 2 shower hoses on 16/2/16. The boss Mr. Teo assured us that the shower hoses will fit ANY Grohe shower head - guaranteed. So we bought and took back to JB. Did not attempt to change my Grohe shower head until 2 weeks later. Could not fit as mine is not of the screw type but was the plug in type. So on my next trip to PJ I went back and asked the sales assistant for a refund of one (1) shower hose and at first he said ok but when he checked with Mr. Teo over the phone, Mr. Teo said something about GST having been paid already. Cannot reverse. This is totally crap. I was willing to forego the GST, which is only RM2.70. So I spoke to him and he was evasive, did not take responsibility for what he advised before I bought (that his shower hose will fit ALL Grohe products). When dealing with me. he had no integrity and after-sales service. I wouldn't have bought if he had not emphatically said that his Regina hose will fit all shower heads, including those from Grohe. Afterall, what loss would he incur? Even if he offered say a 70 % return for the length of time elapsed, I would have accepted and be satisfied. This is my personal experience with Telebath & Hardware Enterprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sells good quality taps. Mr Teo the owner is helpful. The valve of their taps can be changed so you need not change whole tap whennit statys to leak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there yesterday to look for basin taps and was delightedly serviced by Mr Teo, the owner which is very much hands on. He was very professionally with his questions and solutions. Will go there again for my future bathroom accessories. By the way, price is reasonable.
