The waiter and also the chef need to attend training on food service management and restaurant management in order to make your restaurant operation smooth.
The "kuah" or "lauk" need to come together with the rice at the same time... not rice dulu sampai and then 20 mins later baru the "kuah lauk" sampai... the rice will get cold my dear chef. Same goes to my nasi goreng with extra telur goreng... the nasi goreng being served first and then we keep waiting for the telur goreng.. then end up we ate the nasi goreng without the telur goreng... and worst... telur goreng being served 10-15 minutes after i done makan my nasi goreng. Telur goreng end up being my dessert pulak dah... the point is..... please skill up your meal coordination...
and waiter... please please repeat your order to avoid any confusion in the future.. we are pretty sure that there was a miscommunication between the kitchen and service staff.... and yes... please do not insist the customer to accept the order that is not even correct.
and yes... saying "Thank you" or "sorry" is very simple but meaningful. we dont want other waiter to come and apologize on behalf of you. Not a single sorry from all the staff (except one male waiter that came to us and said sorry for the the inconvinience caused.. tu pun after some of us dah start complaining to the waiter)
and if ayam takde or daging takde.. just said you are not serving those items for that day.. simple.. dont just keep saying "dah habis" "dah habis" "dah habis". dont lie to customer.
so sorry for the negative review but kindly please take note. you food is good but service was below our expectation. hopefully there will be some improvement in the near future. All the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and poor communication between the coworkers. There is no other customers except us yet the food being served almost one hour later! Please get your team understand each other first, ignore the ego of the cook and waiter should be eliminated, or not we customer are being the vicitim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed with the service here. First, they mixed up our order and keep on insisting for us to accept the order. Then, another order on fried egg only came after the food. What's the point???! Our of 8 orders, only 6 arrived. We've waited for more than an hour for the remaining 2 orders, but never came. Only when we wanted to pay that they mentioned they ran out of chicken, and they when out to get it. No courtesy to tell us at all!
They should have told us earlier so we can change our order or something. These behaviour is unacceptable.
