★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice airy & bright outlet towards the corner of the mall. Friendly staff. Does get busy during peak times. We had takeaway. The sides were done well. Chicken could be better as the one with flavor felt flat. Luckily we had the extra sauce packets to compensate. Food were fresh & hot off the grill. Overall decent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We opted for a takeaway order. My app was not working but by the time I got back with a functioning app, kudos to server, everything was packed nicely. That I give them a 5 star for the quick and fast service. I was just wondering if I had changed my mind and not come back, what would have happened. :)
Food was okay as usual and expected in quality just that I find the Mediterranean rice was a tab bit too little and costly for the portion given. At the same time, the chicken has also shrunk in size :(
Since it was a takeaway, the unfortunate thing was that I took it for granted and didn't check. When we got home, I found out that the Mediterranean rice was missing. I had to make another trip just to get it. The good thing was they didn't make a fuss and just gave it to me. The bad was, it was darn inconvenient!
So overall, I give it 3 stars for this incident and the portion and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience. We were early. Kitchen grill took time to heat up. They took care of us by giving us some free appetisers and I requested for no chilli flakes on fries. They did by accident, and gave us another free bowl of fries. Very good service and the staffs had very good attention to hygiene. Keep up the good customer service.
Downside a big group came they walked around talking without mask. Not the staffs fault though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean eatery but clearly, we see that the outlet is under staff. Tables were not cleared and prospective customers walked away as most tables were not cleared. Staff will clear the tables only after peak hours; about 9 pm. Ordering of food is via app and it takes more than 5 minutes before the cup(s) arrived. Nando's is loosing customers if this practice prevails. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new way of ordering and paying takes awhile to get used to but its pretty easy once you get the hang of it. But am not sure how the non IT savvy generation will respond to this . Overall food was good except my chicken wasn't even warm . Felt like it was pre prepared earlier and heated up. The place was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair, I went on Christmas Day so I suppose it should be busy. Having said that, there were only 2 tables with diners when I arrived. Food took 40 minutes to arrive. The service crew tried their best. I am guessing the combi oven was giving problems. Nevertheless, the good was still delicious.
