★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just don’t understand why the counter is charging the customer RM1 for tickets which is purchased online.
I purchased and printed my boarding pass before coming over to the terminal but still they charged me to reprint.. (NONSENSE) !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do I have to pay RM 1 for a gate pass . When I inquire they say it's to print the online ticket which I bought online???? Why do you need printed ticket when I have it in digital format to show ? Waste paper ? Time? And the staff are horrible trained . Something wrong with them charging Rm 1. Must boycott this practice and investigate .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst system and some staff was quite rude as well. Didn't understand even buy online still need to charge Rm 1 to print out the ticket. Waited bus delay for almost one hour and after that need to change bus at bandar tasik selatan. Seat also no use buying online. After 2hours I though finally bus move to the destination but stop at duta plk.
How long are they gonna let us wait!!? This was the worst service and experience i ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should make a policy about bringing their family into work.workers should focus solely on their job not playing with their children during exchanging online ticket into physical one. This really annoys me , can''t they be more considerate, look at the long queue, the girl at the counter still playing with her child. They really did not consider our urgency. I am disappointed with the service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service shown by an uncle with blue company's T-shirt. 6 of us came 5 minutes before our boarding hours and I asked politely whether our bus is still there. However he replied in a very bad manner and don't even care to give a good service to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ enviroment inside the terimal is very bad. renovation works are going on , hence there are no proper sign or indications about it. no one really cares either visitors scan mysejathera or not. this is really dangerous. wash room is clean. tiles at waiting area all broken and could cause severe injuries to the visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This inter City terminal is relatively new and is a boon to people living around Shah Alam and Setia Alam.
Convenience store My News is located within the terminal in addition to some other businesses.
The terminal has air conditioning and a waiting area for travellers waiting to board their buses.
As can be seen from attached pictures works are in progress
Lots of shops surround this terminal. Parking space is available to park your car.
Despite being a relatively new terminal , a lot more needs to be done. The waiting area (seats) needs to be improved, the access roads need betterment and much more.
