★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this company (particularly for booking in Ipoh). Booked via Qeeq for their car. But they cancelled my booking without informing me. Only when I contact them to remind the pick up time that they let me know about the cancellation, citing maintenance issue of the car. I then checked with Qeeq and they told me they have not received any cancellation from Agtran. Qeeq even told me that a few dats before they have another customer booked a car with Agtran, but was unable to pick up the car from Agtran at the airport… seems like very unreliable service from this company
