★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its a bus sentral with a lot of facilities inside. many fast food branch open here like the McDonald's, kfc and etc. there is a big mosque on top of the building, if you a muslim you can chill here while waiting for you bus. can charge your phone or any electronic equipment you have. the mosque is very cool and chill inside. so many bus available here just go to the ticket machine to buy it. no need counter anymore. counter is for enquiry only and if you have problem while buying ticket. there is a guy that will assist you on how to buy ticket using the machine if you don't know how to uses it. if your boarding is 7:30 pm, make sure you came around 7:31pm into the boarding area. exactly 30 mins before your bus take off you can enter the boarding are. anyway enjoy your vacation and have fun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large upgraded yet dilapidated terminal. Air reeks of a musty feeling and the announcement system of the coaches certainly needs some improvement as it is really muffled. Though one bright thing is that lighting is ample around the waiting areas, though signage need to be clearer too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 80s low cost bus terminal macam terminal pudu. No air conditioning. No proper signage, or they put in place you can't see. When can improve?? Luckily still have online platform

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This terminal has been upgraded and has an air conditioned waiting area now.
The terminal connects Johor Bahru with most of Malaysia.
Situated next to Larkin Market, this terminal is busy and a beehive of activity.
Prior to covid this terminal used to connect with Singapore through Bus 170, Causeway Link and other express buses.
Depending on the bus operator some buses leave on time, while others run at delayed timings, yet others merge buses.
The terminal has mini convenience stores, for things that a traveller may need. A number of eateries including Marrybrown and Dunkin Donuts are located within the terminal, while more eateries and businesses surround the terminal.
If you arrive here in the wee hours of morning eg. 2am to 5am, you will have to board the licensed taxis if you need transport. Grab taxis at this hour are skeletal.
Toilets are a mess here and best avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location. Cater many destinations... long n short journey e.g. Singapore. Modern facilities. Varieties of shoplets with varieties of products n food n beverages. There's also fish market n even a mosque for Muslims to perform their prayers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very huge place and very very crowded with people. This place is safe. Security is everywhere and everyone is following SOP. Gentle reminder to those wanna come here make sure to buy your tickets online because if you not then you have to que like 1kilometer of human ?

Cleaning and hygiene is fine
The staff are very good and friendly.
But the main problem is that my bus did not arrive on time.
My bus time was 10:30 in the morning but the bus arrives at 11:30.
The bus driver is very friendly and can drive very well.
