★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tai Yii-Pin that works here as a pediatrician is the worst doctor you could ever encounter. In her previous place of practice, she was very rude and often abuses her staffs ( sometimes in front of patients). Very unprofessional even towards patients themselves. Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really not professional. I came here due to i can choose a women doctor to scan my wife pregnancy. After that Women Doctor finished scan my wife' tummy. Out of sudden the male Doctor came and discussing with the women doctor while checking my wife tummy again. They talking in english like we are not understand.
They were discussing about others patient but somehow pretend to scan my wife's tummy.
Another things they are not a good listener during the consultation with patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Tey Specialist two times for pre delivery check up, both times are terrible experience . The clinic is over capacity, receiving too many patients than they could handle. Due to this, Dr Tey doesn't have time to provide quality care for the patients. The doctor is always in rush, consultancy lasted less than 10 minutes each time and doctor didn't provide enough explanation even after you have asked. We wondered if the check up is of any meaning and went for second opinion soon after. Appointment is useless, because they will prioritize based on who arrive first. My second appointment was at 10am, arrived at 830am and waited until 1pm to see doctor for ten minutes. Bills are expensive, costing about 300 each time. Medication such as vitamin C, fish oil, cost us RM100. We do not think that this clinic offers quality patient care, and agreed with others that customer services is the most terrible one could ever imagine. The natural delivery and c section pricing is above market by large margin. Visited here due to his reputation, but was hugely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impatience, uncaring doctor, when i pardon because can't listen probably the question he asked, he showed me his temper.when he can't hear what i said (because they provided the face shield and it hv make my voice blur when talking)this Doctor Tey got furious and spoke in worst attitude that he has no time to wait for me. Well, if you are too busy pls don't accept too much of patients,we r there not to see your mood or hear any nasty words from you pls! i have never met such worst attitude doctor and ,no professional at all! The charges is expensive and the conversation are not more than 10 sentences,hv to think twice before you go,worst experience
