★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Therapist Rytha provided poor service. Worst massage imaginable. The receptionist was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. However, the message therapist was really rude, possibly due to our dark skin. The therapist is not to be recommended.

I really didn't enjoy the massage. Compare with Sunway Velocity, the service is very very good, the massage really very enjoy and relax

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First timer to Thai massage. My opinion is that this outlet is cozy, nice ambience and easy access.
I like their concept and how they will clean your feet before massage session. A cup of green tea was provided at the start and the end of session. A locker for you to keep your stuffs and they do provide comb for you to use afterwards.
Massage outfit was comfortable.
I just HATE that -
1. The receptionist never picks up the phone. I called like 10 times in 15 minutes and nobody picked up.
2. The staffs are not friendly or welcoming. When I enter and leave, there was no greetings. Was kinda awkward. Receptionist score: below average
3. The masseuse was very shy or not friendly.. maybe could ask if I'm ok with the intensity level from time to time during massage. The session was very awkward from beginning until the end and I wasn't relaxed at all. Quite disappointed for a first timer.
PLEASE REMEMBER IF THE PAIN IS TOO MUCH, TELL THE MASSEUSE TO SLOW DOWN or else will the pain will last for about 2-3 days
Would give this a 3.5 stars. Maybe I'll go again and experience will be better because I know the whole process already.. hence could relax a bit..
