★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG!!! Beeswax Snow Laser is a must to try!!! No pain and not even reddish. My freckles almost completely cured from this treatment, and not returning, but getting lighter overtime. Magical and effective treatment as I was so fed up with my skin before this!!! Do give them a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience to be honest. One thing I don’t like about the services is TOO HARD SELL and they do not state clearly all the services and fee. I went to Midvalley branch and there were hidden fees. I already signed up Beewax laser package but whenever I visit they’ll always ask me to top up this and that to get the result, ain’t it supposed to include in the package?
Sorry to say that, You won’t win customers with such services.

The beautician Vella did a great job by explaining to me my skin type and the treatment that can help with my skin. Overall it was a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried the stem cell treatment and pore refining treatment. It has really helped alot with my scar and pore, can see obviously that my scar has flatten and my pores shrink. Will revisit here for my next treatment again! Don’t worry, no hard sell as stated in Google review! Highly recommended!! BOYS AND GIRLS GO GET IT!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOO HARD SELL. Please don't think you will just enjoy the RM18 pico laser service. If you don't agree with their suggestion to top up a facial or other service, you wouldn't have a peaceful treatment. The therapist (Ms Cindy) she passed me the shower cap and plastic for keeping my mask, when I try to take it from her hand, she quickly put on the bed?Totally not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a first time visitor to this place. Before going I kinda checked the reviews and there were plenty of people saying this place hard sells quite intensively. And to that, it's partially true.
A tip from me, if you're going for the RM18 pico laser treatment, don't expect walking out without paying anything. They will hard sell you facial while doing the laser treatment, it's quite expensive (Rm188 or something like that). After finishing the treatment, they'll most likely ask you to sign up for a very expensive package (Rm300 × 3), I just said might consider, but obviously no.
TL;DR
ALWAYS ASK PRICE DURING CONSULTATION or you will end up paying alot!!
