★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give the staff here a 5 star rating, they were friendly, professional and thorough. The salon took card which was also handy.
The reason for the 4 stars is due to lack of clear communication regarding the location of the salon. The address and therefore the location on Google maps is incorrect (the location on the map is a someone's house amongst new block of housing). In my case, I spent 40 mins examining every sign-board in the area searching for the salon (I called the salon multiple times for directions which were unclear ...I am not a local....I was going to call it quits when I got given a proper landmark). For future reference, the salon is currently opposite MQ Foods (on Jln Kota Laksamana 3/13). I would still recommend the service as the experience was great after I found it.

I believe I got waxed by Jessica, who was extremely thorough, detail oriented and professional. If I didn't live in the US, The Bare Allure would be my waxing studio of choice! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got waxed by Jessica. She was professional, friendly and thorough. The place was very clean and cozy. Unfortunately we had to search quiet some time to find the address. Don't trust the Google maps. Just call the staff for help. Get an appointment in advance, if you don't want to wait around. I would recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it was my first time experience at this place. I had a facial wax. It was kind of rough at certain areas. It has been weeks, and i have terrible damaged skin near my lips, both sides. My skin is a little bit sagging after the wax. And i still cant get rid of the burn (black) marks on my face. Everyday i feel like crying seeing my face in the mirror. This is serious because i never had this issue before. And it is making me feel really ugly about myself. I dont simply give bad reviews as i have done facial wax before but i never thought this time it could turn out like this and it scars my face and life. Every single day i try to apply something on the scars but nothing helps ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service provided and 20% new person discount too! The girl who did my wax was really friendly and we had a nice chat. Everything very clean and professional, lovely waiting area. Definitely difficult to find, our grab dropped us on the other side of the big road in another estate! Maps.me did find the road at 3/13.

Besides that, what makes me comfortable being here is that the staffs don't pressure their customers to purchase their products or service packages unlike other waxing studios.
Overall good.
