★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was fairly annoyed by the loud shop assistant referring to me as "sis", a major downgrade for the environment. Felt like I was shopping at a booth selling obscure cosmetic products and not The Body Shop. I really hope they get their staff sorted out, their products are really great but again, if someone is screaming "sis" at you the whole time you want to browse, it's just really annoying.

I was with my son to grab hand sanitizer, EDP and EDT from body shop and sadly was badly entertained by one of the staff telling me about fragrances like i never used perfume before? Hmmmm.. I hope body shop would train & educate their staffs on soft skills and how to nicely entertain their customers of all age.. i went out without buying anything just because of annoyed to her answered and bought from other boutique...
