★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously i came here, my cordon bleu was undercooked. Then i came back 2 days ago, entered and went straight to the cake counter to see what's available before i seated myself with the kids. Then, 1 waitress came and simply say "kita ada delivery". Clueless, i asked "maksudnya?". She said will be closed for 30 minutes. I questioned, there was no signage whatsoever and nobody said anything when i entered, walked to the cake counter, and sit. She said "memang kita akan cakap kat customer". Few things to highlight here:
(1) poor communication. Who would understand when somebody simply come to their face and say "kita ada delivery". Delivery apa? Untuk siapa? Bila? Kenapa? Apa kena mengena dengan aku duduk kat situ dan kau punya delivery? Please inform customer in full.
(2) slow motion! Should have approached upon me entering, or when I'm looking at the cakes, to inform that you guys are closing for 30 minutes!
Only when I'm getting up with my kids, she said "kalau nak makan cake dan minum je boleh la". What the? That was what i came here for! It's tea time and i just finished my shopping and therefore looking for a cake time to treat my sons. Didnt even bother or know to ask customer whether i was there for cakes or if i intend to order hot meals?
Looking at other reviews, i guess im not the only one. Many other makan shops there didnt survive. Secret Recipe is probably next!
I walked out and told her off, that im not eating cake there anymore since u already chase me out earlier. I went to chocoloco. Super friendly staff, great chocolatey desserts. Will never step foot in SR aeon mall shah alam again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location but staff behaviour should be improved.I took chilli by myself,it was been there but then I found they are laughing continusly I don't know why..it was embarrassing for me.If anything goes wrong they should tell me.

2. Wrong dishes. Asked for Tom Yam Kung but gave Noodle Mee.
3. Taste not up to the expectation based on brand 'Secret Receipe.
4. Still charging service tax and sale tax despite ordered using QR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sad to say.....the service really poor....the marinara spaghetti that I order, the prawn was uncooked and got a smell....what happen secret recipe.....I'm always admires the menu of secret recipe that you served but not at this place....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst secret recipe branch ever. We came in at 12 for lunch . Not much people. Ordered three main menus. Then people start coming in. After 45 minutes we still did not get our meals. As we had other place to go, we needed to cancel the mains we ordered. The manager named Izzati was very rude after we wanted to cancel the order. Did not even apologize for the lateness. I noticed as well the workers and manager are talking more than working. That's shouldn't be the case as there were a lot of people in the shop and not one even got their food yet. Avoid this branch if u can till the management takes action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the classic Chocolate Indulgence cake & a cup of Oreo Milkshake. The cake was nice & tasty as expected but the drink was quite disappointing. The cake costs RM 9.25 & the drink costs RM 10.78. The drink was more expensive than the cake itself so I don't think that it was worth it... I'm giving 4 stars because I don't like the attitude of the waitress & cashier, they were so rude. The waitress sitting in front of the store looked like she was still asleep. The cashier was even worse, I went up to look at the cakes & when I called her to order, she was still looking down at her phone. Mind you, the service tax & service charges was RM 3++. Overall, the food was good but I wouldn't revisit the store in Aeon Mall Shah Alam.
