β β β β β Body Shop always has a good selection of Ladies (and to some extent, men's) grooming products. they position themselves as environmentally responsible, and we pay a premium price for the peace of mind. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable.

β β β β β Decent range of products here. However the shop is quite small with tall shelves so be aware it is not wheelchair friendly.
The biggest issue though is the service.
I bought an item that was on sale. Despite my asking for assurance, cashier still managed to charge the wrong purchase price.
Unfortunately I forgot to double check and went home.
When I called up later, the staff were very flippant and told me I must collect the excess RM15 in person. No online transfers.
Extremely troublesome and put me off buying Body Shop products for a while.

β β β β β Always a good choice for body fragrance, shampoo and lotions. The price is acceptable and products quality is always good. I came for a valentine and found promo package is good enough that comprise body bath, hand sanitizer, lotion, fragrance and two free gifts for my membership. The lady gave me a small gift card too.
Located at LG20J, opposite the Chicken Rice Shop.
