★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since MCO lifted Sept 2021, decided to get a few gifts for family members. The Body Shop always has great products, perfect for gifts but two of the staff here made my experience even better. Can’t remember their name but if you are working 11 September 2021 morning, THANK YOU. Very helpful, beautiful packaging and the cashier even help to redeem the vouchers since we had to do 6 receipts.

Ai was attended by Ms Kasturi. She definitely a very good and friendly beauty consultant..
Ai did grab a body care set and few more skin care items which was promoted by her..
She indeed one of the main reason for me to visit the outlet again.. Many thanks to this pretty lady on her excellent customer service. ❤️
