★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered through foodpanda. And it was very upsetting. I ordered 1 steamed chicken with rice, 2 roasted chicken with rice. Both for my children. But instead i got 2 bbq chickens without rice. What a messed up store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. I want to file a complaint about the food today. I am very disappointed. I am not sure if this is the rider’s fault or the one who packed my food. It has been a few times actually. Here I attached some of the photos i took just now. Just fyi i am very angry. If this is not the place for me to complain then let me know the email or number.
1. This one the soy sauce and the chili is all over the place. Godddd please help me. This is so messy!!!
2. The fish ball soup was in the plastic inside the tupperware but how come it still all over the place?? I need explanation.
3. The third one, the drinks. At first I thought this was the only thing that making me mad. So I thought should be okay. Then when i see the food is not organised and very messy, that is what making me very angry!!!
I don’t think this is the rider’s fault. It is how you packed the food!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very hungry and decided to drop in. Slightly unpleasant smell but ignored it and went in. Sat at a corner on the couch area. 1st staff was pleasant in taking orders. After placing order, my feet felt uneasy as stepping on something. To my shock, eaten chicken pieces was on the floor at my foot place. Not sure how long it was there judging from the unpleasant smell. Asked the second staff to switch place but her response was a bit off. "Duduk Mana?" Pergi Mana?" After telling the chicken pieces on the floor, but not surprised and no one cleaned it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm usually a fan of the chicken rice shop as the price is reasonable and the taste is delicious. Been to many outlets but this outlet is by far quality wise degrading. Order roasted chicken thigh but the chef doesn't chop the chicken properly, hence the chicken comes in a big size lump size that sticks together as he didn't fully chop off. The rice is soft, soggy and the color isnt fully yellow, some are white. Hope there's some improvement regarding this issue.

VERY VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. there’s one guy who always serve the drink and wearing a spectacle. he is really good and always sound so happy while serving the customer. never in my whole life met a waiter like that, so inspiring. CRS should give an award to that guy.
