★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOUSY SERVICE!. I ordered green jelly drink KOSONG the waiter said ok then gave me a super sweet one. I asked another waiter to change it to KOSONG he told me there is no KOSONG of that drink. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO RESPOND PROPERLY TO CUSTOMETS. I ORDERED KOSONG BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY I CANT TAKE SUGAR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surely the black sheep of the franchise. Opened not long ago and food quality is worse than other outlets. The supervisor named Rizal wearing the vest is incompetent at serving customers - forcing customers to take chicken parts that we don't want.
When we made order of one roasted chicken breast and one steamed chicken breast with another staff, the order was confirmed without any issue. After a while the supervisor would come and force us to take order parts because "not enough". Then he changed his story to the reason being because he has to save breast for other customers.
What does that even mean? Do other customers pay more than others do? Why are you reserving it for others who pay the same price when the parts are available and I'm ordering it?
Stood my ground and ask him to just bring what I ordered and he did. Did not appreciate the lie he gave that he "ran out of chicken breast"
When I was paying my bill he was whispering something to the cashier and giggling. Not sure if it was directed at me. Anyhow, whispering in front of others is always rude in most context.
Other staffs were nice and professional though. But man, don't let the supervisor vest get to your head Rizal, you're just an over glorified waiter with subordinates who know how to do the job better than you. :)

talked to the rider while receiving the food,the staff here prioritise dine-in customers and deliberately made my orders later. If you don't want to treat orders from online platform properly,why bother put yourself in such one??? the worst experience ever ordering food online..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is as expected but the manager on duty around 7.40 was so rude. I don’t usually complain but he was too rude. we were stranded at the entrance while he was literally at the cashier, asks us rudely about our order and i heard he rudely asks the other table of families to ‘boleh bangun tak, nak kemas’, instead of ‘kejap ya bagi saya kemas’ like one of his staff.
please do something and discipline your staff. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was great but I was quite shocked with the portion of the Rainbow Delight dessert. The presentation was not that delightful. Plus, there was no network connection at the level and there was an issue with the card machine. We had difficulties to make a payment.
