★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch seems to me to have a more complete range of household products than others nearby that I have been to, namely at Jaya One and Pearl Shopping Mall. Some products that I managed to pick up here were not available at the other branches. The staffs were also very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the more complete Mr. D.I.Y. outlets that you can source for almost every household product or the common hardware. The whole compound is huge enough as it occupies half the floor on the top of Jaya 33 Shopping Centre. More visibility would be good as it is kinda hidden upstairs

But of late, I see staff chatting in groups and blocking the aisles so it's kind of hard to move around easily. Also, staff tend to shout out loud over the racks at each other which makes it rather uncomfortable for shoppers.
I've also noticed the practice of not giving way to customers and the unwillingness to help when asked for assistance.
Hope management can look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This MR.DIY store can be found on the fourth floor of the Jaya Shopping Centre. There aren't many businesses on the fourth floor, so it's a quiet area. If you enter from the right side escalator, the outlet is located at the end.
This MR.DIY shop is much larger than most others, in my opinion. The store sells a wide range of everyday things as well as basic hardware. When I checked the outlet, I discovered that many of the things sold here are not available elsewhere. This store carries a wide variety of household and everyday things.
In terms of pricing, we all know that MR.DIY has always been the cheapest place to acquire the things if we have a limited budget. However, as compared to other branches, this outlet offers a little lower price for most 'Do It Yourself' items. It's possible that the popularity of Seksyen 14 and the surrounding area has caused this outlet to provide small discounts. Every penny is certainly worth saving in this challenging economic situation.
The employees are largely Bangladeshi nationals who can communicate in a moderate level of Malay and English. If you ask them to locate products for you, they will be very helpful. If you're in a hurry and need help finding something, it's usually preferable to ask them for help.
All of the products are stacked and stored on the racks in a very orderly manner. People can walk between the racks since there is adequate room between them. This outlet also includes a large selection of toys for children as well as gardening items for individuals who enjoy gardening. Not to be left out, there are also beauty goods accessible, albeit the quality of the products is debatable.
The best times to visit are early in the morning and late in the evening, when the crowds are smaller. It would be fine for individuals who don't mind a small crowd because the outlet is large. For security and safety reasons, CCTV cameras are installed throughout the store.
This MR.DIY outlet is one of my favourites among the others because it is large and offers a diverse choice of things not found in other branches.
