β β β β β Staffs rude. Didn't know how to say thank you. They have forgotten to give one of the items that I've ordered, I had to turn back to take my order that they haven't even prepared. Attended me with tight face, without saying sorry. Should improve the customer service.

β β β β β Now during mco 3.0, I went there to for pick up order from Food panda order which i made earlier. When i entered the store the staff just ignore you. Please improve the service from the staff. The store look nice never try dine in yet. I stood there for 10 minutes before getting my order.

β β β β β Finally we got the second branch of coffee bean in puchong after so long!!! It has been delayed for about 6 months ever seen the notice uploaded in IOI Mall. This branch is not as spacious as others but it is strategic with comfortable environment. I enjoyed the opening special of buy 1 free 1 Gibraltar latte very much. But they seem like short handed and not able to cope with the ordering. Anyhow, it is excited to have this coffee shop in IOI Mall Puchong.

β β β β β Nice & clean environment, very neat arrangement of seat. Coffee taste good as well. But 1 star deducted for the 2 staff. Gave my instructions to the cashier but it doesn't goes to another staff which preparing my order. Received my food wrongly, but since they had made it, so I just take it without choice. ?

β β β β β Quiet, clean outlet when i arrive there on Friday 12 pm noon. Nice environment. Caeser salad and Americano is fine. Very comfortable.
