β β β β β Rude and impolite customer service experience. Pay what you get. Cheap coffee and get rude service. Dont care attitude, like government dept. What a shame nice coffee but very rude service. Never say thank you or greeting customers. ??. Very disappointed. Rather pay extra go to Starbucks or The Coffee Bean.

β β β β β I love their ZUS Gula Melaka. I had a few other, but this one is the best for me. The location is level 1 (old wings) in front of escalator, in between Home's Harmony and SmartMaster. Small but have a few seats along the sideway to Aeon, and also if you bring your charger, there is 2/3 seats available for your to charge your dead/low battery phone while enjoying their good coffee. β β β β β So this is my first time for me to try Zus Coffee. For me, it's quite nice with affordable price and perfect shot of coffee. I just ordered iced black sugar latte and totally love it. Plus with the customer service is also awesome (thanks those hijabis). They guide me totally by how to use apps later. I'll recommend everyone to come here later

β β β β β Just went to IOI Pch Jaya outlet for second time to redeem birthday cake voucher. V rude n poor customer service quality from the staffs. No one in the line, but staff at the counter just glared at me when I ask to collect my drink n how to redeem the voucher just because he wanted to finish report. End up, unable to redeem my voucher due to unclear explanation from staff against t&c which has been clearly stated in the apps. Hope Zus Coffee able to improve their staff service quality in the near future.

β β β β β Grat experience with this branch. Really friendly staff during my visit. Barista Elmo and another girl (in the photo) really friendly just make my day.
Good coffee, with really reasonable price. Chill and clean environment. Really like their service. ?????? Ordered take out, coffee were nicely packed. Good job Elmo and the other girl.
