★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this branch workers attitude ! not even listen to what i ordered , i didnt say add topping to the drink , but they just automatically help me add some topping on it without letting me know . I am sure they are not accidentally , because i am only the customer on that time and moment . their working attitude is very bad , not aggressive , playful . I waited for 30 minutes just to get my 3 cup of drinks to done .(as i mentioned , there no customer ) Chit chatting while making milk tea ! where's the hygiene condition ?

I am using two Digi voucher (RM6.50 each) to purchase one Regular size Roasted Milk Tea with glass jelly and one Large size Milk Tea. The staff convince me to add RM1 to go large size of Roasted Milk Tea with glass jelly. But I am refuse that, she just show me the hatter face. At the end, they just give me one regular size Roasted Milk Tea with glass jelly and one regular size Milk Tea. Hello, who will so stupid to use the RM6.50 Digi voucher to purchase a regular size milk tea? Cos It's just worth RM5.55.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have shifted a bit from the previous location. Present location is not good at all as the queue is long and somehow blocked the access in and out of the mall. Queue is long due to slowness of order and delivery. Crowds of people hanging around waiting for them to prepare. Its slow, period. The two star is given due to service and not the taste of drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 january 2022 i order sparkling honey lemon at outside tealive outlet...the foreign workers so rude when he give the balance...before ive been working in tealive too i know the sop drinks...got this one local girl using hijab she didnt follow the sop.she mix honey and lemon syrup through in the pp cup.she's not use the measure cup...she also use the old sparkling water...i dont really taste the sparkling i saw she take the water through from chiller not make a new one.....when i ask her why she didnt follow the sop she asking me before this did i work at tealive before...i said she should use the measure cup...then she angry and rude to me?...please you guys train her to be a good workers not rude worker....if i can give the review 0/5 stars i would like to do that...i drink it and the lemon was too much and less sweet i dont really taste the sparkling...if the girl still refuse to follow sop better ask her to resign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 2 Tealive in IOI Mall - outside, GF and 4flr, next to Popular Book Store. Well, 4flr is cozy and ample space for sitting. Indian boy staff is nice, teaches me how to get rebate for my drink from Touch 'N Go e- wallet?? Finally, I got my strawberry pudding Smoothies for Rm$5.90 instead of Rm$8.90. Now, you can see my US Pizza-cheese pizza became so hard, not good anymore...pricey-yo Rm$38++? ( no encourage to try )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drink was nice but I giving 1 star due to the service because the cashier girl was freaking rude... Not even 1 word coming out from her mouth during the whole ordering process....even hi or thank you also no and I said thanks she didn't bothered to smile or said anything....(nice one girl, such a good manner you have)...maybe she tired or what but the face really annoying...fine, you already so freaking arrogant, then when I requested for slight sugar you go put half sugar...? I had to ask the boy to add-on water for me, thanks goodness the boy is nice...one more thing don't know what is happening between she & another girl, they keep yelling & cursing to each other loudly not to mentioned why they banging the stuff... Well that really scary & I believe the other staff also feel uncomfortable with it...
