β β β β β A small outlet at the right location to serve the office workers during working days. Friendly staff and baristas that will greet everyone passing by the outlet. Cosy place to drop by to take a break or grab a few drinks for meeting in the office of this building.

β β β β β Just want to feedback to Coffee Bean that the straw need to upgrade. It cannot last longer than 50 minutes in my iced drink. Not the first time but multiple times. Need to change my straw to hawker style more lasting. Just my suggestion for improvement
