★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff! I was there today around 3pm. I was looking at the purse and the staff suddenly come near me and said 'RM 350!' In a very rude manner. It's very weird as i was at coach boutique earlier and the staff there was far way helpful than the staff at duck. Duck is a boutique in klcc and the staff is acting like she's working in a nightmarket!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the more friendly staff are now at the KLCC branch. As expected with these types of boutiques, the staff won't appear to be friendly unless you are a regular or you are dressed to the nines — but they're helpful nonetheless if you need to ask about product availability, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality products and way overpriced for what you are receiving. Nice packaging for show purposes but if you want a long lasting , good quality product for a reasonable pricing - this is not it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment at duck salon but turnout a big disappointment today. Booked on 30th Nov for slot 10am today. Driving all the way for the appointment but staff said mine is not in their list and after checking she said system glitched!!! Waited for more than 40 minutes for a staff to come back and said to me she is sorry the hairdresser not available and i cant proceed with my session ?? What a waste of time!! Am driving all the way just for the appointment!! And staff is not helping by saying its not her fault!? So customer fault is it?????? Please improve your system and have courtesy to compensate your customer due to your so call system glitched!!! What a waste of time and staff is not helping!!!

apparently the designs are getting old
pusing pusing.letak bunga sikit,tukar colour, + good photoshop skills.it gets old.looks like highly dependent on one designer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It pains me to give a 3 star because I really do love dUck products. This star is for the service. All of the reviews regarding staff's attitude are unfortunately true. I visited 3 stores in pavillion when I went to Malaysia (LV, Gucci and dUck) guess what? dUck has the worst staff service. I really hope Vivy will do something about her staff. For sure she can see low star rating of all the dUck physical branches. Its really a bad thing. Will I buy dUck products again? Ofcourse but will stick to online instead since they ship internationally
