β β β β β Have lunch here during weekday. Carbonara was not so tasty as the pasta wasn't all dente. Service was rather slow with only one waitress around. Hope can there is improvement for both.

β β β β β Four stars for getting a good Guinness beer in KL (better than those Irish pubs in KL) and delicious food. There is a good ambience. Good place to hang out with colleagues and friends.

β β β β β Food is quite nice and stuff was friendly. Environment nice too just the restaurant is relatively small, if you coming in with very big group will feel narrow here. Overall still a good place to hang out.

β β β β β The Eighth Avenue is a bar cum restaurant venue at Publika, Solaris Dutamas.
The food is mostly influenced by Spanish cuisine with a hint of modification to suit Malaysian taste buds. The menu is extensive with many varieties to choose from.
My favourite has to be the more authentic Spanish tapas dish of meatballs, prawns in garlic and fried calamari. All these are readily available in almost every corner during my last visit to Las Ramblas, Barcelona. The taoas prepared by Eight Avenue I dare this say comes very close to the ones found at Barcelona.
There are other delicious flavours such as bacon rolls, meat loaf, lamb chops, etc etc.
Drinks are also fairly priced for the Publika area. There are quite a number of different alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to choose from.
Probably only drawback is that the venue is slightly small for big groups. However, it is the lack in space which provides a cosy and friendly environment. But be prepared for higher than expected noise levels if you are there for a romantic dinner.
Service is very friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable where the damage should be around RM50 per pax.
Interior is tatsefully done with simple yet matching deco to further enhance the ambience of the place. It reminds me of the many artistic bar cum restaurants in Barcelona. Alfresco sitting might get a little hot and sweaty during hot humid days.
Overall, an entertaining evening out and is definitely worth the visit for both couples and group gatherings.

β β β β β Omg guys! Listen here. This is the best bar I ever went to! Yesterday I went to Eighth Avenue with my girl friends. I can say that I totally enjoying my night and dance with the music! KUDOS to the DJ! DJ, please keep it up spinning the trance music! I have recommendation on music, next time can you spin Deborah De Luca and Will Spark playlist? Hehe it's good song for party though haha. . This will be my new favorite bar and it will be the place that I will release my work stress to! All the bartenders are too kind and friendly. We even get free drinks for ladies! ?
Ok This is the best part, Even if I'm dancing around, all the bartenders guys are just smiling at Us. The staff don't even have weird face towards us. Seems like they're enjoying looking Us feels very happy that night! ? yaaa also The best is, got shisha there. The shisha guy also very kind. He managed to changed my charcoal 3 times which is good!. I actually wanted to go back home at 1.30am but since the music is toooo good, I cancelled my plans wey ???
Overall, Eighth Avenue is a hidden gems! ? I glad that I found you. i will totally repeat! Guys, pls keep it up the GOOD SERVICE.
