★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Grand is a condo where you pay mid high price for a low end condition. One thing for sure, the management turns off 4 out of 6 lifts (3 one block) for no reason (I think they wanna save on electricity) after 12am. Such a kind thought to train our patience, have to wait the lift to go up to 24th floor and come down to B before going up to where we stay. Oh, good luck to the next resident.
How about gym, I mean faulty equipment everywhere. The Grand is not so grand after all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros : Tight security, allocated parking, walking distance to everything! - clinic, food area, banks, police station, night market, hospital, etc. Quiet and peaceful, clean facilities - gym and swimming pool (but must wear proper attire or else guard will sound you haha), very clean area
Cons : A bit of a hassle to move in/out you have to sign agreement/see the management office bla bla bla, before lorry can come etc, can't own pets, rent can be quite expensive as it is located next to Giant Hypermarket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an alright place. Management really needs to step up their game because the place has potential to be better. The guards are good too, although I preferred the previous batch of guess. Pool is acceptable but the gym is absolute garbage. Cheap equipment leading to everything breaking down. BBQ pits have been shut down for no reason.
