★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst experience in my whole travelling life. I booked case holiday n residence. .family room with a super king size bed 74 m. When we reached there, their guy called is and ask us to wait somewhere on the street though we could almost see hotel but when their guy arrived, he took us to a different place G residences. When we saw the room,it was huge but soon found out its sharing. There were other 2 more couples and the room given to us had queen bad small room with no mirrors in the bedroom. When i asked why the room is different from what i booked and what is shown, the guy Gary called the owner and tell us, only this is then room left and owner is ready to give discout. The real room is no where close to what is shown in the website. I selected for location and price but casa is different and G residence is on back but i guess the owner is same so they brought us to G residence from back side so we cudnt see the name. We are moved in to different hotel now. They have promised to refund the amount though it was non refundable. Wasted our 3 hrs almost. Will never gonna book casa again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really nice service apartment complex with sea view right in the heart of Tanjung Bungah surrounded by clusters of condos and shops. Place is new and clean with good mixture of amenities and facilities. Parking space is easily accessible and spacious. A definite good place for tenancy and long term rentals. Highly recommended.
