β β β β β Great experience and warm hospitality from staff despite not able to buy a Rolex ?. Went to look for Ms Peggy who has 20+ years in this industry. Bought a watch from her 5 years ago at HG Lot10 and her excellency in customer service remains marvellous after so long of lost touch. Most importantly her knowledge in prestige watches and able to give you her honest advise, not price centric type. Recommended and do pay a visit to experience it yourself. Cheers.

β β β β β Went into the Rolex Boutique because I'm already interested in some of the Rolex watches that I saw from the Rolex official website. Ms Tania came and assisted me, answered some of my questions as well. We had a great chat and she explained to me a lot about the Rolex history and the unique differences for each Rolex model, which got me excited. She's clearly passionate in horology and watch. I also got the chance to try out some of the Rolex watches that I'm interested! The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return and highly recommended. Thank you!

Wayne assisted to show me all the watches I was keen on without hesitation and helped me to put in my interest request for my dream watches. β β β β β Really nice watch and professional to serve customer. At first I just looking from outside & never thought to buy. Then my wife push me go inside see see. The most important the staff do not look down at us and still serve us by not give hard feeling toward customer. Anyways this is my 1st luxury watch i have 20/10/2021 (Wednesday, 3:30pm). A senior guy(Kelvin) serve me and a lady collect payment from me and congratulated me for purchase 1st luxury watch buy from The Hour Glass. ?

β β β β β Was at the Gardens mall n decided to drop by the hour glass and check out the watches. Mr Justin was there to walk me through the collections and then we started talking about the JLC reverso and itβs history in the watch making industry.
I was fascinated by the history and how the model evolved as a sport watch for polo players, after we tried the watch I told myself that I should get one!
Thank you Justin for being patient and your valuable time. I truly appreciate your efforts and service to your customers.
