★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is obviously over staffed but the staff still not willing to serve customer when people walked in ??♀️ not sure if that’s because we are in tshirts and flip flops .... but anyways , we managed to get our Seiko from City Chain who has wayyyyy better friendly service ! That’s called money well spent !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to the store to look for watches. The shop was empty but the sales person just stood there to look while i look around. When i ask for details about watches, the answer i get was “dont have”. Its either the sales person doesn’t think I’m serious or cant afford seiko watches or he is full of sales already. This is the first and last time i walk into this shop.

Requested to see some women watches with me informing of having a tighter budget and he enthusiastically and confidently show me the woman's watch. I've picked one and again he was really jovial and excited to take it out and show me from the glass showcase. Explained alot of features to me and even gave me a discount. Even the packing and payment service was really good and didn't felt awkward. Will go again if the gentleman is still there.
