I wanted to buy 25kg cake flour and they gave us Premia Evergreen..
After little asking from premia via fb i realized that its actuall 10.5-11.5% protein content
And whats fun part.. they say they re pack this 25kg evergreen into 1kg bag and call it cake flour but it's nore like all purpose flour.
I don't know if there is anything else i want to say however.

- wet gluten 29.0%
UM-GP Flour
- protein 9 to 10%
- Ash 0.60% max
- wet gluten 23 to 29.0%
